How can CBA’s Live Assist product help?

Communication Business Avenue, Inc. (CBA) offers a replacement product, Live Assist, that is fully compatible with Cisco’s REM product and Cisco implementations. Cisco’s REM product is actually a re-branded version of the Live Assist product, built from the original source code that CafeX created and now is solely owned and maintained by CBA. CBA is currently maintaining and developing its Live Assist product, working with many Systems integrators and companies that already invested in Cisco REM a solution for co-browse.
